Permanent Damage Records is a label on an intergalactic scale based in Bermuda, because that’s where the best rum is.

Generally the music we’re in to meets two requirements:

1. you can dance to it, and

2. it’s interesting.

(A third, unofficial, requirement that it makes really attractive people take their clothes off was scrapped due to a lengthy lawsuit).

We throw parties, release music, travel the world looking to have fun, and generally use the label to promote the philosophy of the great Carl Jung, which can be summarized by saying, “Shake it, don’t break it!”

Get ready for Ben Swanwick A.K.A. "paistyboy". I have a feeling paistyboy will be crushing it in the Bass scene one day! keep your eyes open for this kid. From what I have seen so far. I have a feeling there will be only good things to come.

Now a few words from paistyboy. Hi I'm a 16 year old producer living in Hertfordshire, Britain. Says paistyboy. I've always been into music since I was very young and have always been interested in the music making process. I am a classically bassoon player and have been forced to take part in music for the whole of my life.
I started producing music around 2007/2008 and have advanced a-lot since then due to many an hour spent laboring in front of a computer screen.

Banging through the night with the Knight Riderz

Welcome Knight Riderz strait out of Canada these two make a perfect example of what a Multi Genre Bass Music producer is. They have everything drums that bang, melodies that romance, and synths that rip your senses into new dimensions. Knight Riderz have a heavy harmonic flavor all their own. With backgrounds in Reggae, Hip Hop, Metal, and Classical music there is literally no confines or rules to their output. I recommend you keep an eye out for theses two. A tsunami of sound from Sonic Tramp

How can I explain Sonic Tramp's sound? I guess it would be like, if Death Metal and Dance music got together and had children. Sonic Tramp produces powerful beat driven dance music and bass filled walls of sound.

Sonic Tramp just finished a slew of remixes. Is working on a new EP that he hopes to release next year, and is currently looking for a label to release it.
